Well I am surprised, no comment in here today?!

My physical health fell off a cliff this morning.

Mentally I'm alright, I can type.
Very nearly fainted this morning though!
My appetite went again, and I'm losing a lot of weight.

Argh! That's a tough one because there is nothing that can really help you get your appetite back.

Well I hardly eat anything as it is; I haven't eaten breakfast for a few months now.

I used to miss breakfast. I tend to eat little bits but often.

Problem with motivating yourself or a choice?

Apparently small meals are good for keeping blood sugar and energy levels stable. Is that why you do it?

^ I do it because I am hungry nearly all the time, so I eat every hour or so...I do have meals aswell. I also usually eat twice as much as others. 8O

Because I don't like most foods, or didn't.
I've been underweight and haven't eaten much for 12 years, but there have been high and low points in weight and appetite. A big low point coincided with my 2009 depression, and a high point was 3 or so months ago when I weighed the heaviest so far at nearly 9 stone.

Well the main reason I stopped eating breakfast was because I wasn't able to digest it and it kept almost making me choke, and that seems to be the norm now every day until about 2 hours after waking up (which for me is usually afternoon!)

I have problems gaining weight as I don't gain weight no matter what I eat.
