Flowers! :D
Woot!

I swear I'll start one... eventually.
I've said That, Many times before.
:(

For the past 3 years that we've lived in this house, my parents have had their own garden. They grew an insane number of tomatoes last year, among other things. I grew some jalapenos. They tasted much better than store-bought ones. We also grew sunflowers, and when autumn came, the squirrels chewed the heads off of them and ate all the seeds!

Yes a plant thread would be good! I like to have a go at growing flowers. I have thought about making one before but never done it...

I got some great pictures today! :D
But got home exhausted from da sozializing thingy
I'd like to say I'll start the thread tomorrow,
but it's back to work tomorrow,
socialising, working, thinking = procrastination, exhaustion, excuses, non posting on WP and not starting threads I'd like to start
:tired:

If you're going to upload the photos I look forward to seeing them when you have the energy :)

I just updated my mouse software. Now the scroll wheel scrolls the webpage smoothly. WAY TOO SMOOTHLY. The clicky mode doesn't even work properly anymore. I want my old mouse software back!

Turns out I know 69 of the kanji for the JLPT N5 (+1, as meat isn't on the list)

Bought the new ultimate guide to Propellerhead's REASON yesterday. It looks very technical and I hope it helps.

Also got two Skrillex EPS on CD. 8)

Reason's easy to pick up. Have a look at their site for the weekly tutorials which are catalogued and should be your forst port of call, and Youtube is a huge help; in particular - Sonic Academy's videos.

I've watched a few YouTube tutorials. They help also. Also a friend of mine knows REASON very well and helps me out with it. Best way of helping I reckon.

You're learning Japanese? Awesome! I tried to teach it to myself several years ago, but I kind of lost interest after awhile. Anyway, 69 kanji is impressive. I hope you can pass the JLPT!

If it's supposed to be a six line maximum signature, why give the option of 255 characters to put in it?

Because that would still only mean 42.5 characters per line, over 6 lines.
That's pretty generous for a signature: more typically it's 4 lines or less.

Thanks! I hope so too. Everything Japan just seems to suit my OCD really well, from the nigh-mathematical structure of the language to the neatly packed lunches. Also, I've got a talent (and therefore also love) for languages (Japanese will be my fourth, Turkish my fifth, although I need to brush up some on my third). You should pick it up, language study is really nice and relaxing.

Do I really need to change it then? Because that would mean leaving precious things out of my list. :(
