My father is a touch clinically depressed and anxiety is causing angina and insomnia.
I am trying hard to get him to relax and take his GTN spray and some 5 HTP but he is being quite stubborn. :?

I love flying dreams, but when I have them, it always seems that I am swimming in air instead of flying a bit more... gracefully.

For me, they tend to involve falling in whichever direction, much like my poorly kinesthetically self. The best ones involve flying through land much like a plow.
