I be back.

The people at the Job Centre did exactly what I didn't want them to do - make me look for any old job going, even if it's completely unsuitable, and they're trying to force me to stay in the fabrication and welding industry.... Didn't seem to take any notice when I told them the reasons why I left my last job. They try to act as if they know everything about me. They aren't psychologists and cannot "tar everyone with the same brush", as the saying goes. I even told one of them that I'm being assessed for an ASD, but they simply didn't take that into consideration. I'm highly sensitive and if I'm put in the wrong environment I WILL NOT COPE!. Why do people not understand this and continue to add stress by making me do all these unsuitable bureaucratic chores that will only end up damaging my mental health? Will they not learn?

People are stupid and don't learn from past experiences.... This means I will only end up falling (or being forced into) yet another job that will make me mentally unstable and I will have another mental breakdown and get fired....

....And the cycle will start over again....

Sad as it is, I'm not surprised that that happened

Same, but I was hoping....

Maybe I didn't learn either.

And hi Kyle.

Sorry you had to deal with that. That's why I don't have a job.

Same here. I want to find something suitable, but I need to find it in my own time, without added stresses and pressure and all sorts of things and people getting in the way. I just need to take my time so I'm fully prepared.

Have you got any plans for a job in the future Kyle?

No, I haven't. I also need to do it in my own time.

Anyway, I'm going to relieve the stress of this morning by spending the rest of the day with some pleasant ambient music, such as this:

And I'm going to make myself a lovely tuna sandwich in a little while and admire my new blue fluffy rug and look forward to getting my Futabasaurus model and plesiosaur fossil. I'll also look up some images of them too on Google.

Later I'll take my dog out for a walk.

Niiiiiiiiiiiice.... 8)

Sorry to hear about that rabbitears. I am having trouble with them, well the benefits system right now. It's very frustrating and upsetting that they can't comprehend the difficulties people have.

They won't, assuming they bother to find out what it is - and unless you have a magic bit of paper stating that you are quantitatively disabled though ASD, expect a battle to convince them that it is important and it does matter.
If you're not a small child, mental health-care in the UK is an utter disgrace and the older you get the thinner it becomes.

And saddest of all, this will be seen as a good result because for brief periods of time you'll be off their statistics and "employed". I suspect they're unaware of an actual living person being involved in all this.
