I'm going to take part in that 90 day Fitness Challenge that my clubhouse is doing. Eight servings of fruits and vegetables, eight glasses of water, up to 2 hours of exercise a day and 8 hours of sleep a night. If they ask us to eat 10 servings of breads and grains, I just won't eat them. I need to eat within my appetite.

Eight servings of fruit and veg sounds a little excessive, and any excess isn't really healthy, even if it's considered to be "good" food groups, and also eight glasses of water seems a bit too much too. We need around 2 litres of water a day, but much of that comes from our food anyway, and with eight portions of fruit and veg you'll be sure to attain that. Make sure you don't lose salt, with that much fluid in your diet and a lack of salty food you could be at risk from "water intoxication".

Anyway, I wish you well with it.

Thanks for the wishes and I'll think about the things you said as well. 8)
