I've decided to follow the Canada Food Guide instead of doing the 90 Day Fitness Challenge. I could eat my 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, required amounts of other things in the food guide and drink 6 glasses of water a day. When doing something healthy for myself, I want it to be fun. I don't want it to seem like work.
