Cool! I see transparent animated gifs are possible!! !! !! !! !! !! !! ! What crap i read said they were not possible. I even tried one and the old frames just stayed in the next frame. Maybe using advance software (not free Gimp) doing such things are easy ?

Well, I just Googled Gif Animator and got a good one right off the bat. It requires an external program to make the pictures, but this will compile them and let you edit the order the frames are in and the delay between each one (that's how I was able to make the wink last less than a second and yet still use one frame). Just make sure you set the replacement method correctly.
If you use Combine, it will combine the new frame with the old frame, and all will just melt together.
Combine is good if you have few changes in an animation and want to save space, so you just provide the pixels that has changed.
If you animate a transparent gif, Replace is mostly better.
That way it will replace the whole frame with a new one, erasing stuff that's sticking out.

Gimp is my animation software of choice.
The only thing it doesn't do so well is optimization.
I'd like to see a filter that compares the top layer with the other visible layers combined and only keep the pixels that are different on the top.

Thanks to ION this is my first transparent animaterd gif.

Its 140 x 140 avatar sized but many users hate animated gif so I want use it for my avatar.
