I like lo mein a lot

also undercooked pasta, not SO undercooked that it crunches, but undercooked enough that it isn't totally soft, I prefer radiatore to any other noodle shape by a wide margin

I've always eaten raw spaghetti. Dunno why. What's more, it sticks between my teeth.

Al dente is how it should be.

Overcooked pasta is disgusting. I recall getting entirely the wrong impression by being fed (shudder) tinned pasta when I was young.

I have just finished reading the majority of posts in this thread, and it would seem that many posters are fans of foods with poor nutritional value.

Given the difficulties faced by people with Asperger's Syndrome, should not their diet consist of only the most nutritious foods? This makes good sense when one considers the strain placed by everyday-life on the AS brain.

Yes people who over cook pasta should be sterilized. I trust very few people other than myself to cook pasta correct.

I started a heathly cooking thread but it had limited support. My addvice is to avoid trans-fats and eat more omega-3 fats or take fish oil capsules.

I came to the conclusion that poor nutrition was probably a big reason why I was having such trouble in tech school. I'm still not eating great, but it is a lot better than it was.
