Tide in or out it’s possible to go for a paddle as the back of the beach is river fed (sorta) and protected by a rock jetty so it’s always smooth water in that area.

Wreck Beach is closest to the open ocean so has the greatest water exchange with the tide and thus is the cleanest in the region for swimming in the ocean.

I don’t think I’ll take the paddleboard today. Gonna ride my motorcycle but hit up some shops on the way. I do have straps to transport it on the back of my bike but just don’t feel up to it today.

Was going to say the same, but then it will need a couple days for the sharp edges to wear down.

I drank one can of space dust IPA at the beach tonight. 355ml 8.2% And a nice hoppy taste vs high alcohol taste. Expensive at approx $4.xx CDN per can, but interesting enough I don’t mind the price tag to try it.

Couple days ago was my third evening in a row.

It rained yesterday & is raining today for the first time in weeeeks - more than a month, with no significant amount of rain in more than 2 months. Did a bit of work yesterday, renewed my car insurance, did some Costco grocery shopping as it's been a couple months etc. No work queued up just yet for tdy/this week, might bang some things off my to-do list.. might drive to Squamish to pick up one of my kites that's been repaired. etc etc. Lots to do, just haven't been doing it lol.
