Well well, where to start...

It's bloody hot today - Fact
Still no sign of a summer washout either actually, which is certainly interesting after 4 in a row.
The hottest ever temperature recorded here in the UK was 38.5 Celsius (101 Fahrenheit) in Kent.
And the coldest was somewhere in the Scottish highlands, name escapes me, at -27 Celsius (ouch)
