This lazy, brown nosing, compulsive liar I have to work with on an almost daily basis. I need to find a better way to deal with him besides blowing my top. I don't understand him.

I was told yesterday by my boss that if I feel overwhelmed at work, I should talk/vent to her. She said when I'm not happy, people just follow my lead and no one's happy. When I told my husband about it, he laughed.
