Mickey Dolenz said that Davy Jones was very disgusting. I'm going to watch the video to see what he was getting at.

Current F1 powertrains are so optimized for energy recovery that the rules now mandate a minimum sound level.

Basically, the officials could tell a team nah mate, it's not quite loud enough and not let them compete as a result.

How to take care of myself.

Not really myself.
This body. This mind. This person.

Canadian RCMP veterans are having MAiD pushed on them. That makes me very angry.

I can't wait until the different countries walk into the stadium during the opening ceremonies.

Getting half tempted to once again change my profile pic because I found a nice photo recently but it's a photo I use on an unrelated forum as well. And I don't want to link them. But it's a nice pic. But I also like my varang pfp. Decisions decisions

Would members of the Wrong Planet community enjoy the podcast LORE?
I am certain there are at least a few people who would be interested, definitely not everyone.

This is the description from the episode I'm listening to.

Quote:
Legends 72: The Hills
Appalachia might be a vast and varied terrain, but one thing about it is incredibly consistent: the presence of dark legends, hidden in the shadows.

It is history, but it is not the history schools provide. However, at the same time, it is often framed in the history taught in schools.

It wasn't on my mind right now, but rather on my mind while in the shower.

I need to Straighten Things Up. Sometimes cleaning involves organizing the mess, and that can mean asking "Do I really need this?" It's answering that question that is sometimes difficult for me.
Answers -
1. Definitely yes
2. No
3. I don't know. That's the killer question for me because I know that just because I may not need "it" now, in the future there may be essential, or have another purpose.

Should I make Straighten Things Up an acronym?
STU
"I need to STU."
"Look at the place. I really need to STU."
Keeping answer 3 in mind, that might be a really good acronym.

Now I've changed a quick Random Anything into an On My Mind post. That reminds me of something else, but that fits into another thread (LOL)

Reading dawn of time WP threads and posts and ran across this post, Theory: The Day After Tomorrow, October, 2004.
I think it is an example of a post that could be just as relevant today, but with the span of time from then to now, we have the advantage of hindsight and trending. Most of the people who posted have left.

I know! What does this have to do with STU? ("Those dishes aren't going to clean themselves!") It doesn't. I was looking for an old thread in Television, Film, and Video that might have been used for random comments about shows without starting a new thread, and then got sucked into the posts as I worked back.

But here is my other post that started this.
On MeTV Toons, there is a cartoon called Moby Dick and the Mighty Mightor
It was on from 1967-1969. 36 episodes. This was on during my childhood, but I don't recall it ever existing. There might be a glimmer of a visual memory of the great white whale leaping out of the ocean.
Maybe (???), but my brain may be filling in the blanks, doing an A.I. style fabrication, which human brains definitely does, and having been built in our own image, A.I. does as well. A.I. hallucinations.
