I feel different if I am even slightly out of shape because I have been in shape for so many years. You never did any sports so as long as you don't suddenly decide to eat the house down, you'll be fine. I walk a line of what is not enough and what is too much for the food and exercise department every day.

Yea, I didn't choose to live this way, it's just what happens after doing a sport for 4 years in a row, it starts to become a part of you.

Sports.....professionally. 8O Are you kidding me? I only did one varsity race in high school, and I'm lucky if I call myself a runner right now. Though I have thought about becoming a trainer, that would mean learning either physiology (dissecting dead bodies) or nutrition (if I ever want to eat food again, I can't go into that field).

Anyways, my systems are messed up as to food and sleep and everything, so be glad you don't have to deal with the confusion that is in my body.
