Posting milestones are almost as important as age milestones :)

How long does it take to blow out 444 candles?

And you would know this through experience?

That's ironic because I just worked out.

Oh! And I want to share! I am soooooo happy! I ran today and the first lap was lame (like 8 minutes) and I was pissed, so then I resolved to get the 2nd one under 7:30 and it ended up being 6:49 and the last one was 6:25 and that was all 2.8 miles for 3 laps. I FINALLY feel like a runner again. Must be my magic shoes. :)

Awesome! So about 21 mins for 2.8 miles? I don't know if I could keep up with you, I'm just starting to regain my stride. Do you normally go for distance (8mi) as opposed to faster, shorter distances?

Yup. :) Trust me, I'm relearning how to run after taking it a little too easy after the marathon. Each day is a choice to be a runner, not just a habit anymore. Hmmm, it depends, I have long days, I have short days, I have fast days, I have slow days. Is 8 miles your normal run? I know I am behind on my distances, but 8/9 miles was my normal day at the peak of marathon-training. Now It's my long run.
