I can't for the life of me figure out if Steven Avery from Nexflix's making a murderer is innocent or not and its kinda bothering me. I look at all the evidence and it looks weird but it seems borderline paranoid to think the police would just plant evidence to ruin someone's life for no real clear reason. It makes me feel somewhat inadequate in the critical thinking area of life in general. Dude has a freaking body on his property but yet there is still doubt in my mind as to his innocence. I feel like the whole thing would mistrial if I was jury member, of course I don't reckon I would ever be selected for jury duty anyway. Still the whole thing bothers me, I see no motive for the killing and it seems somewhat far fetched to say law enforcement just framed the dude for no reason.

Yes I am watching part 2 of making a murderer,

I might binge watch something else, my head hurts on this one

i'm pretty sure he is innocent and framed because they didn't want to pay him for the first incarceration when he was innocent.

Yeah thats what I concluded too after part one of making a murderer and I just don't know. I mean I guess maybe Teresa Halbach was murdered leaving his property and they planted evidence when that opportunity presented itself but I don't think the police killed Teresa Halbach. The whole thing though is strange and odd, maybe they saw an opportunity after her death I don't know but its still weird that things could be so coincidental in the polices favor. Also Brendan Dassey I think was coerced and his mental status was questionable during the interview but the Teresa Halbach stuff on Steven Avery is just a little too coincidental for my liking.

My friend was asking me questions about an upcoming event and they were things I hadn't even thought about.
I asked her if it was normal for people to ask such questions of others and she said it was if you wanted to get to know someone better, you ask for greater detail.
I said I would ask for greater detail if it was something practical, like if someone said they were building a deck I would ask if they're sinking stumps or using stirrups and posts, but I don't often ask for deeper personal detail, because that's personal.

The soapbox was a late addition.

Wouldn't a soapbox be slippery?
