Good news clean thread! I just took a shower!

That's ironic because I just worked out.

Oh! And I want to share! I am soooooo happy! I ran today and the first lap was lame (like 8 minutes) and I was pissed, so then I resolved to get the 2nd one under 7:30 and it ended up being 6:49 and the last one was 6:25 and that was all 2.8 miles for 3 laps. I FINALLY feel like a runner again. Must be my magic shoes. :)

Yay! congrats!

Thanks. Hey, how's it going, have you run anytime lately?

Mhmm Did about... 10-11 or so miles today. Had to stop and walk periodically, which stinks--I do not handle heat+humidity well at all!

In a weird funk right now. Gr. Not entirely/completely sure why.

I don't think I've ever run 8 miles at once. I have gotten up to 5 a few times. Lately, I've been doing about 2 miles for speed and then an additional slower mile. Tonight a coworker wanted to go running with me and he kinda slowed me down.

Nice! I probably wouldn't walk, but slow to a jog that is soooo slow that it almost looks like a walk...but isn't.

I know what you mean about the heat, well, summers almost over, so the heat should be gone soon/

Oh, that stinks. I gotta go because it's midnight, and apparently I have a curfew on the computer, but hope you start feeing happier!

Oh, you just made it sound like you ran that daily or something. 8O I have, but it was a couple weeks ago, I am trying to get back on the wagon for longer runs. Maybe try incorporating speed workouts into your routine, those help. Also, cross-training is supposed to make you faster. Meh, I don't run with people well, haven't since cross-country and that was more than half a year ago.

Anywho, gotsta go to sleep. Night!

10am...mm, a little early, that'll explain why these 2 hours have felt like 4...

I have a terribly bad throat today in which I find it hard to breathe and swallow - haven't even tried eating yet.
