Sorry, I missed your post yesterday. It tastes great. You could use stevia instead of xylitol, but stevia doesn't taste as good IMO. Either way, it's far healthier than regular lemonade. You could use lime instead of lemon, too. It's really simple.
1 heaped teaspoon of xylitol (Xylitol is usually available at health food shops.)
300mL carbonated water
juice from half a lemon
Drop xylitol into a large(ish) glass. Add some of the carbonated water to dissolve xylitol (dissolves quite easily). Add the lemon juice. Add the remaining carbonated water. You could add a few ice cubes to keep it cold.
