I don't have a happy place so much, but flying through the sky on my own two wings in my imagination serves the same purpose. Gosh, I love it when I have dreams where I can even feel muscles I don't actually have in reality working to keep me aloft, the air beneath my wings supporting me. For me it's not enough to just fly, I have to have the feeling of having wings for it to be truly satisfying.
I can't think of any particular scents that give me a headache, just strong scents in general.
