let's = (least favourite?)

... probably video games. I haven't played any beyond Pac Man, so I shouldn't judge too harshly, but I don't see any value and most of the topics don't interest me. I like children to play outside or to nurture their own imagination without so much visual and auditory stimuli.

LOL -- pet's favourite toy --- that's different. Tennis balls and plushies make him very happy.

Ghosts: I'm quite sure I saw one, so I don't know how not to believe. Logically, it doesn't make sense. I think they might be a visual echo of some sort, from reverberating energy? I don't think they are conscious or alive, so to speak.

I love old fashioned, dungeon-type doors: heavy antique wood with wrought iron hinges.

For modern doors, I like a pop of bright, inviting colour against a stone house.

I haven't read Dracula. I prefer Mary Shelley's journals and biographies of her life above Frankenstein. Victor was deeply disturbed and a psycho. I felt sorry for the monster.

I've been to several US states because of my mother's family. I like Massachusetts the best for travel (Cape Cod, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard). The outer banks of North Carolina are also pretty but they are in a hurricane path. In terms of politics, I have no idea because I don't pay any heed to US policy.

I've only been to eight of them--all in the West. My favorite is Washington (my own) for the mountains, forests, beaches, and other natural features, but mostly for the mild climate. Western Washington has an almost identical climate to England.

What's your favorite part of the UK?

My favourite US state is Montana, for its lush countryside.

My favourite part of the UK is the Scottish Highlands, although I've never visited them. Likewise, the reason here is their natural beauty.

What do you believe will be the fate of the universe? The fate of humans on this planet?
