Tomato basil garlic pizza.

In this case I used store bought pizza dough. The tomatoes and basil came from the garden. The garlic, olive oil and vegan petroleum byproduct cheese were store bought.

It's a simple pizza. No sauce, just a brushing of olive oil, sliced tomatoes, a lot of chopped garlic, a lot of freash basil, some cheese (mozzarella is probably best) a bit of salt, and some more olive oil drizzled on top and then cooked at 400 or so for 15 to 25 minutes. Really good with a beer or wine or some lemonade.

Anyway, very tasty and filling.

Fairly sure it is. Everything in the pan though, toasting the bread and melting cheese at the same time. Mmm. You could also do it with a hot iron if you're careful enough.

Right now I'm devouring a peanutbutter and fried egg sandwich!

I shall have to try that sometime. the cheese I mean, not the egg with peanut butter that's a bit too exotic for me.

Poor people's food, I guess. It's actually really good. A lot of my friends are hooked on it now.
