Frozen chicken fingers with some terrible sauce and a biscuit. Not very healthy.

Homemade quesadilla: shredded cheese, bits of organic chicken, avocado chunks, and red (taco) sauce atop a tortilla and then baked lightly.

Hubby made it for us.

Chocolate fudge cookies for breakfast this morning. God-awful day yesterday with Family of Origin stresses, and (temporary) unwise food choices always seem to be my way of coping. I guess there are worse emotional crutches than bad food.
