Well it seems to be the case in my country, not even 1% of the belgian population has AC.

Well it seems to be the case in my country, not even 1% of the belgian population has AC.
there's an AC in almost every corner here. LG and Samsung ACs are pretty cheap.
However, it's still too early to turn them on.
