useta swim a mile's worth of laps at the local olympic pool. i was pretty fit at one time. wish i lived close enough to a pool to give it another go, haven't been back since 2005. :|

soy milk is slightly less "off" than almond milk. i really prefer coconut milk, the thick kind.
