How hot/cold is it where you are? I'm kinda worried about the US.

It's in the 40's here. The Pacific Northwest has been saved from the Polar Vortex that is engulfing much of the U.S. We've been lucky. Lots of rain, though.

Have you ever went to a Whole Foods market?

As short as possible without hurting. I have "beautiful" finger nails, which cannot be cut too short because they hurt easily.

How many sugars and how much milk in your coffee/tea?
