I went to my volunteer job this morning.

I got another child enrolled in my daycare.

What made me happy today... got to work on social skills.

Lying in the grass in a warm, tropical park with my boyfriend. I got to watch the clouds and feel the blades of grass as he gently fell asleep on my stomach.

I bought some ear defenders and they are SO efficient.

After nearly a year, the next version of DF was RELEASED!

I planted some tomato seeds a little over a week ago and this morning I discovered the first sprouted seedling. (yellow pear). Hopefully the rest will sprout in the next few days.

^^^ tomatoes are so rewarding to grow. my cherry tomato is really going for it. i have always wanted to try yellow pear or one of the heritage tomatoes.

today i met an angry arab woman who came up to us, not to sign the refugee petition, because she already had in o-week(she is a new student), but to check that the protest at villawood detention centre is still going ahead. then we got to talking and she tells me she is half iraqi and half turk and that the only protest she had been to was an anti iraq war protest when she was little with her parents and then i got to talking about the palestine/ BDS rally we were going to have and at first she had reservations because of the location but then i told her it was a max brenner protest and she had heard of it in the news and was like "how do i get involved?". always good to meet keen people.

Being ignored around here.

I planted some primalas this morning in some pots.
Now the weather is cooler I'll be able to get some more seedlings.

The fact that today will soon be over.

angry arab woman from yesterday came up to me when i was doing a stall in front of the library and tapped me on the back, pointed to the palestine rally leaflet in my hand and said "i asked my mum and she said i could come to this". i was happy. i really hope it is an awsome rally because you always hope it will be and because it is her first in her adult life and i want it to be good. and on the way home the weather let up and i postered my bus stop and my friend from highschools mother came up to me and said hi. i had a thing for her back then(my friend not her mum.)

I did my maths assignment and it was easy. Yay!
