well, you can make it also, I gave all the ingredients but that won't stop you from improvising as you go along. I do it thusly-

half bag of aforementioned prepackaged salad veggies with chopped carrots/cabbage/romaine/beets that are further confettied.
1/4 cup sunflower seeds of choice [I preferred roasted]
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup herbed feta cheese crumbles
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
half cup crushed tortilla chips [I prefer juanitas]
half can grated tuna or salmon with juice
2 tablespoons [ok, maybe 3] of Caesar or parmesan or ranch dressing
1/4 [or more depending on wetness preference] cup v8 juice
stir thoroughly
