organic grass raised (ground) beef, mixed and seasoned with egg, oatmeal flour, potato starch, cayenne, oregano, lemon, garlic and salt and molded around a core of creamed spinach, sauteed in butter then baked in the oven at 350º with a melting of smoked gouda at the end, over a bed of steamed organic carrots and kale. Except I forgot to put the smoked gouda on, so we just ate it on the side.
