Just had a soup that I made with some veggies and mushrooms. Was very delicious.

Then smoked salmon with a glass of rosé wine.

I made a salad from rocket with roasted squash, radish, artichoke hearts and halloumi, with mashed potato on the side seasoned with oregano and rosemary. It was a surprising hit, but needs a little extra to make it a shareable dish.
