My tea's gone cold, I'm wondering why I got out of bed at all
the morning rain clouds up my window and I can't see at all
And even if I could it'd all be grey, but your picture on my wall
it reminds me that it's not so bad
it's not so bad

I drank too much last night, got bills to pay
my head just feels in pain
I missed the bus and there'll be hell today
I'm late for work again
and even if I'm there, they'll all imply that I might not last the
day
and then you call me and it's not so bad
it's not so bad and

I want to thank you for giving me the best day of my life
Oh just to be with you is having the best day of my life

Push the door, I'm home at last and I'm soaking through and
through
then you handed me a towel and all I see is you
and even if my house falls down now, I wouldn't have a clue
because you're near me and

I want to thank you for giving me the best day of my life
Oh just to be with you is having the best day of my life

The ending speech from the movie 300. So rousing! 8)

My PS3 just randomly died... sort of a shame.

Oh well, I don't use it enough to bother replacing it.

At least I've still got my mac laptop for watching DVDs.

Could really use a manual on how to live life. A lot of situations are tricky to say the least.

I'll have more happy times, I feel sure. I don't feel all that bad right now. Feeling unsettled and having stress, though, does make it more difficult to keep my positive mental attitude going.

I like lying in bed posting on here. I missed it when I was out of range.

That's not a bad idea. I really should dig out my copy of The Sims 2 and play it!

How do you like to play the Sims? I like making married couples with the Family Aspiration and making them have lots of babies. :o I use cheat codes to help monetarily sustain them so they can focus on their relationships and take care of their kiddos. :)

Within the next 10 years, we're going to have a bigger Global Financial Crisis than ever before and it will make The Great Depression seem like a very prosperous era by comparison.

- Sheep/lambs have gone down from $120 to $80 per capita in the past 2 years and many farmers are pulling out of the Land.
- Iron Ore stocks have halved during the same time and our mining companies aren't doing too great either.
- Investors are pulling out of China leaving whole cities abandoned.
- One of the largest banks in Australia (Commonwealth Bank) is being sued for giving false financial and investment advice and ICAC (corruption commission) may force it to close doors indefinitely.
- There are 200 people owning over 90% of the nation's wealth (looks at Gina Rinehardt and Clive Palmer).
- Tony Abbot has been/is trying to do the following:
*impose a standard fee for doctor's visits irrespective of pension or health care fund.
*raise the Age Pension by 7 years.
*force employers to either administrate the paid parental leave scheme or abolish it completely.
*limit the disability pension to the severely physically handicapped or terminally ill (there are NO jobs in Australia, even for able-bodied and skilled workers due to our previous open-door immigration policy which was capped WAY too late to prevent this fallout).
*cut funding to the CSIRO leaving about half of Australian scientists also on the unemployment line.
*raise yearly electricity bills by 15% to pay for a 'carbon tax' which is STILL the 'carbon tax' just dressed up in a different outfit.
*raise petrol prices by the same amount.
- House prices have risen exponentially in the past 3 years and you can't really get a house anywhere near Sydney now for under half a million and nobody can afford it and houses are not being sold, leading to a blow-out in the rental market with not enough places to rent.
- There's a mass exodus of people from all over the globe now, from one side to the other...people are fleeing in droves from Iran, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, Moldova, Serbia and many other places...masses of humanity on the move again like nomads because the world doesn't have enough room for them all due to overpopulation, war and scarce resources.

Things are going on now that's going to lead us into a very dark place in the next few years and I am starting to get my 'bunker' ready and stockpile food, fuel, water and things that are going to be needed for survival and booby trap the ass out of it.

It's going to be 'dog eat dog' and 'no laws apply' very, very soon...think Mad Max X10.

That is what is on my mind right now.

I work hard not to come across as being sarcastic.

I probably fail though.

Sarcasm can be a thing of beauty.
