I can't stand young girls. They bug the hell out of me. Good thing I'm not becoming a mother.

Good! Now I have to read the sequels. I didn't know there were any.

its strange thinking that people at the turn of the millenium, a hundred years ago were doing the same thing as me in the same place. my comrade told us today at our weekly stall that socialists have been using that space for speakouts dating back to the early 1900s. its just funny thinking of others like us standing where we were standing 100 years apart from us, soapboxing about the political issues of the day, maybe handing out leaflets, calling out their slogans and stuff same as us.

That would be the turn of the last century, not the turn of the last millennium. A millennium is 1,000 years, meaning the last turn of a millennium was in 1000 AD (actually 1001 AD), and the most recent turn of the millennium was in 2001.

Finished reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Can't wait for the 6 other books to arrive in the mail so I can finish off the series.

I am human. My AS doesn't make me any less of a person and I'm proud to be different. :)

Isn't it "Philosopher's Stone"?
