They're both different editions of the same book. It was called "Philosopher's Stone" in the Canadian/British edition, and "Sorcerer's Stone" in the American edition. Even the cover art is dramatically different.

So last night at the place I went to, I think wearing just a thin cardigan wasn't such a good idea, because the windows and doors were open and it was so cold. And I got very tired, and when we got back, I went straight to bed.
But I had a bit of fun playing with mirrors. In one room, it was rounded at one end, and on each side or the curve, there was a mirror, and at a certain position you could see the reflection of the othe rmirror in each, and when you stood in a certain place, you could see yourself in the mirror reflected iin that mirror, from the side. It's not often that you get to see yourself from the side.

Spent hours assembling it, setting up software, learning to program it..
And what do I do? Why, I program the display to say "I like cookies!" of course!

I wish they would have kept "Philosopher's Stone" for the American edition. It would make more sense since a Philosopher's Stone is an actual thing. Just another example of an imported series from another country getting the title changed for the American release... Something I'm all too familiar with being a fan of anime...
