I have to have at least one fan running to drown out the noise. Sometimes as many as three fans are going!

Emma, I'm studying sociology and history, with a little bit of other liberal arts classes thrown in, as required. Funny thing is, I have a degree in social sciences, and I'm about as antisocial as they come! I think I'm trying to force myself into the social world, but of course online school isn't the way to go about it.

I really like it though! I love school, and I just want to keep going all my life, but it will have to end somewhere. It keeps me out of the work world, too, although that's not necessarily my intention.

Heat? If I have your location correct, it says it's 19 C there, which I had to convert to English, of course.

Isn't it strange that you don't use English measurements in England?

It's 40 C where I am.

It reached 23 today, but my room is an oven, it's 29 in here...

Yeah, ok, it probably wasn't the actual temperature, although I see that Basra has the fifth highest record in Asia at 52 C. So it was 54 C in the sun. Still pretty hot!
