grocery store exercise: it all went fine. no major catastrophies i just kept to my "robot routine" ( = avoid proximity at all costs ) that makes me feel safe and ok. makes it possible even to have tiny thoughtlets while in the store!! all this despite it being much more crowded than normal today. goes to show (at least to myself) that knowing more about one's autism is very helpful indeed!

well, today's lesson?? that despite added crowding i did fine!! didn't expect that when i realised how crowded it was after entering the store.

i learned that there is a wrapper from a big mac in the driveway of a company i had to have a meeting with today.

I can't change the past, but look at where I am, today compared to a year ago, today.

Yesterday I was singing OOOOOOO-ÖÖÖÖÖÖÖÖ-OOOOOOO-ÖÖÖÖÖÖÖÖ and I found a way to sound nicer and less nasal. I hope I remember it and I learn how to use.
