I haven't had to do taxes yet, but I do save everything finance-related just in case.

I used to panic and save everything. Then I slowly started letting go. Now I have a stack of stuff from the 90s but my shredder is broken, so I'll likely burn it. Everything else is pretty much sorted.

Yes and No depending on how busy the store or peoplely it is out. Certain things I have to buy in person. I mainly prefer shopping online.
