Went swimming today, first time swimming in the daytime. It felt refreshing but lonely. I wish I had someone. I got out and read The Hunger Games by the pool. Other then being lonely, it was nice.

The Hobbit film looks good (late to view the trailer here); looking forward to it. The book is my favorite out of The Rings stuff.

I don't know why, but when I don't interact socially with anyone except my parents, e.g. summer vacation, I become more NT and start to doubt my aspieness.

Tony Attwood outlined this 'cure' in The Complete Guide to Asperger’s Syndrome - "If you are a parent, take your child with Asperger's syndrome to his or her bedroom. Leave the child alone in the bedroom and close the door behind you as you walk out of the room. The signs of Asperger’s syndrome in your son or daughter have now disappeared."
IOW - it's mostly about social interaction. Remove that and the problems go away.

i love stimming on the train. i might have said this before but i'll say it again: it's tonnes of fun. the swaying of your body and the trains clash and jar your body and it feels like a lift ride. is it really not socially acceptable to rock in public? i mean i do it in different ways and depending on how i do it it is more or less acceptable in my opinion but what do i know? do other people get stares?
