Over the past couple of days, I've seen 3 different threads made by people who are upset because they haven't made friends in the short time they've been here. They should start a club.

But it must be frustrating if you find somewhere which has the best chance of you doing so, and it not happening straight away. But yeah, these things don't usually

knee jerk twitch at that loud boom. it sounded like something it wasn't. it could never happen here anyways. it's odd that it is always the first thought in my mind when i hear it.

Accountant guy thinks I'm perfectly normal and that I can just make my problems go away if I believe in myself and stop worrying. I try to be honest with him and tell him deep troubling things about myself but he just dismisses them. If we end up dating this could become a problem. While it's cool that I can tell him things, he totally thinks there's nothing wrong with me

Dammit. I should never have watched that Gummi Bears episode. I can't get the theme song out of my head (it's torture!).

blue,

You never know, it might just be the people you've dated that have had a problem. :P

He says he has problems (hasn't told me what they are, just hinted that he was mental once).

I guess he cured himself with...indifference.

Danger! Danger! Or maybe not (most likely not. As a former and reformed cannibal is generally something that comes up pretty early on).

People don't like telling you about any psychiatric conditions (even acute ones that are a one shot deal; these often happen after traumatic events), probably due to the stigma of it all, and the fear of being judged negatively by it.

Hey, you'd have to be at least a little crazy to be an accountant. :P

They can be handy for quick use, but I recommend keeping the original boxes. I remember getting these cases for games and regretting it later when I lost some of the boxes for my gamecube and gameboy games :(
