I kind of feel the same way. Any time I leave home I come home with a scratchy throat. I thought it was just my imagination. That's interesting!

The question should be "Do you ever feel not-fatigued?" The answer would be no.

In other words I am always exhausted. I don't feel any different when I wake up compared to when I go to bed. My sleep study said that I don't do the "restorative" stage of sleep called Delta Wave, so I'm chronically exhausted. It's like my clock got wound up when I was born and it's been ticking out of energy ever since, without being recharged.

I always feel fatigued, too. I usually wake up every hour while trying to sleep and I don't get in very deep sleep. The only reason I get up and don't try to sleep more is because the sun eventually prevents me from doing so.

Do you fall asleep easily, or is it hard for you to get to sleep?

I can't fall asleep without prescription sedatives and prescription anti-nightmare tablets. It's been about 12 years since I've fallen asleep without medication. I also wake up because of the sun (or my kitten walking on my face for food at daybreak).

Do you say hello to strangers when you pass in public?

Occasionally.

I used to do that, but people usually don't like me doing that, so I don't anymore.

Are strangers standoffish where you live?

It's hard for me to know because I don't make eye contact.
