My father in the OR after open heart surgery, awaiting his next dose of knock out juice his, body was in tune enough to have his hand sort of clutching at his chest.

Or our old dog trying to get up and falling over with painful hip displacia during her last days.
She Never gave up.

A guy hiding under a table after getting a thrashing.
