Not panic.
Arrange rocks and wood in an SOS above tideline on a beach.
Hopefully start a fire.
Heap any flammable stuff near where I set camp and cover it from the rain if possible.
Get coals from the fire and stash them away in a safe/dry spot, to be used for restarts or to light the signal fire. (maintaining this is priority 1.)
Search for food and drinking water sources.
Try to build waterproof shelter in camp.
Spend any extra time on high ground watching for ships or planes.
Make a big pitcher of margueritas.
Frozen please. Oh, salted rim too.

Probably take a bit of money out of it and go buy something. I would also be wondering why the heck there was a bag full of money lying in the middle of the park.
