The smell of burning, both from bonfires as a kid and some more recent fiddlings.
The smell of old books.
Copper piping- an obsession with pneumatics from an early age
and quartz, the first crystalline structure I memorised.

Theres not too much video-wise that I can post that does, but I will if you want.

Mine are sensory things. Mainly smells.

The smell of fresh cut grass.

The smell of burning leaves.

A fire in the fireplace that isn't gas logs,

Marshmellows roasting.

Vegetables boiling on the stove on low.

Watermelon.

Hearing cicadias (crickets) at night.

Lightening bugs

Mosquitos

The smell of mums.

LLadro glass

Real lace

Yellow flowered wallpaper

White summer curtains

The ice cream truck bell (when it was a bell)

Keds

God, theres so much more. My entire memory is this huge sensory haven for me it seems.

It may be too early to get nostalgic over this, since it just came out last year. But this song, the 2nd opening theme for the anime Tiger & Bunny, makes me nostalgic for the summer afternoons I spent watching the episodes on Hulu.

The sound of wind chimes and the rustling of trees makes me nostalgic. When I was a kid, I'd often lay out a sheet on the grass and just sit and think while listening to all the sounds around me.

My sister and I played this song so much we broke the tape.
That little purplish-pinkish tape.
We'd always make our mom put it on...
I remember jumping on a mattress in a corner of the living room "working out" to this song with my sister.
Good times.
Must have been 1999.
