I don’t think I own anything older than myself.

living on the side of a roman road much is old, there was already a 'bath' culture before that, although these romans liked baths a lot too
there are quite some remaining roman roads in the landscape, sometimes they're still roads and some other are only paths in the fields

btw nestle water france, why italian controllers?
huh, come to think, the cheesefactory closed, not for deficit but calculated, and the milk gets transported to italy, where they had the bummer of liquidating their milkcows, but need still to produce their cheese.

I have original copies of the first Avengers and X-Men comics from 1963. Those are probably the oldest things that I own.

I have a piece of music given to me by my teacher around 1962, published in 1901.

Don't know. I thought that they were cool as heck. Looked like a pair of woodlice the size of kittens. But they were made of some kind of light colored loose sandstone, and grains of sand would break off. I guess mom didn't like the way they messed up the coffee table. Bought them for a few bucks at that famous big store (forget the name, its like a a big warehouse of trash-or-treasure surplus stuff) in Province Town Massechusettes on Cape Cod a couple years before. Might have appreciated in value, or not. Hard to say.

I have a tuxedo cat puppet that was made at least in the '80s. Also my china dolls that my mom had from when she was a teenager, and that she gave to me.

what's older, petrol or the ground, btw how old's the salt you eat

things outside get covered quickly, once (upon a time) i dug a hole for evacuation purpose, outside the window above the old stone sink, to find in the ground: a stone sink, get that out of the way, a bit deeper another stone sink, and so on, four sinks, or stones in a hollowed out shape

throwing things out of windows is certainly an old habit

Right. I think most of us are trying to stick to man-made objects, since rocks and fossils, while neat, are hard to compare.
