I had a dream about a fluffy black dog running towards me. I think it was a Spoodle.

Strawberry and raspberry Ribena doesn't make sense. The name Ribena comes from Ribes, which is the botanical name for blackcurrant. So shouldn't strawberry Ribena should be called Fragarina (from Fragaria)? And raspberry (Rubus) Ribena could be called Rubuna!

"My heart begins to question: what do people call happiness in this world? All beings in this world take birth but to die, and they die to be born! I do not perceive any meaning in all these transient phenomena which are the roots of suffering and sin. Unrelated beings come together; and the mind conjures up a relationship between them. Everything in this world is dependent upon the mind, upon one's mental attitude. On examination, the mind itself appears to be unreal! But, we are betwitched by it. We seem to be running after a mirage in the desert to slake our thirst!"

Currently working on a drawing of a lesbian pairing I came up with. Might post it, but I'm not entirely happy with the way it's turning out at the moment... Will probably let it sit on my desk for awhile and keep going back to it until I'm satisfied (I'm trying to be more patient in creating my artwork; I used to draw one initial sketch and call it good enough to ink/color, so I'm trying to teach myself to spend more time perfecting my sketches before I try to finish it...)

*watches as a ute with a big dent in the front speeds around the roundabout*
Hmm, I wonder how they got that big dent

*watches it again further on as it joyously veers & skids all over the road, mounting gutters*
Gee, I wonder how they got that big dent! 8O

I think someone's gonna find their white ute missing from the driveway in the morning.

i was talking recently to an associate who said the phrase "it was at that point that i decided to put my foot down and demand a considered debate" (relating to some disagreement)

the only thing i was moved by that phrase to think was: why would anyone hold their foot in the air? for any reason?

there is also no indication of which foot the utterer intended to "put down". did he have both feet in the air? that would not be possible, so it is either the left or right foot that he intended to "put down".

maybe the utterer simply wanted to insult his feet, and i am misunderstanding his meaning of "put down"

another possible meaning maybe someone who neurotically fondle's their amputated and embalmed foot, and who only puts it down when they need to deal with trouble.

when i want to go fast in my car, i put my foot down. i insult it until my car is going at crazy speeds.

i think i need a reformat
