I feel bored late at night.

i am not susceptible to boredom, so i decided to read a book about how to feel boredom, but it was so boring, i gave up reading it after a few pages. what a waste of money was that book.

There was a good article in Time magazine about focusing on the positive traits of autism vs just trying to make everyone socially adapt. It was good to see.

tammy said on the phone to me tonight that her brother who is about 40 years old is scheduled for heart surgery tomorrow. i asked her what was wrong with her brother's heart, and i drove the course of discussion when she had to admit that she did not ask what was wrong with him.

she asked what i was doing and i told her, and i asked what she was doing, and she said "you know, we have a piece of the berlin wall".

me: who is we?
tammy: err you and me.
me: i do not have a piece of the berlin wall.
tammy: ok i mean that me and mum have a piece of the ....
me: berlin wall. so do you each have a piece or do the 2 of you claim ownership over a single piece?
tammy: uhhhhm... i'll go and get mum.
me: no!! !! tammy....tammy.

tammy's mother: hi mark how are you?
me: standard issue i suppose.

tammy's mother: yeah.....................................................................how can i help you?
me: you can't. i did not want to speak to you.


then tammy's mother started talking to tammy about why she handed the phone to her, and i hung up and put the phones in a linen cupboard and shut the door (of the linen cupboard)

person: how big was it?
me: as big as something the same size as it.

Trying to remove this last idea out of my head, and it doesn't seem to work.

I've finally figured out what I would do if I ever won the jackpot on the lottery.

I might have to start playing now.

It seems odd in this day and age that we should have a full day that is dedicated to pancakes.
