I have become somewhat expert at licking out deeply creviced dishes and other types of awkwardly shaped food carriers. also have been known to use my fingertips to carve out some food in a deep corner of a dish, then lick it off me finger

Yes, I sometimes use the wooden ice cream bar sticks (not used ones) to eat food when I don't have a fork etc.

Do you use an in-between-teeth brush in addition to/instead of regular brushing and/or flossing?

I don't I find flossing is sufficient as I don't eat meat.

Yes, but I only like to with bubblegum flavored mouthwash.

Yes, but I haven't practiced in a long time.
