I went to bed early and fell asleep quickly but then I woke back up again after about an hour and after lying there for a while, here I am again.

i heard on the news last night that a young man in sydney was knocked over and killed whilst heiling a taxi.
talk about misplaced loyalty !

I went back to bed, slept through the rest of the night and then ignored my alarms and slept late. I know that I got close to 10 cumulative hours of sleep yesterday, and I feel a lot less sick today.

You have to kind of go cross eyed and then relax your eyes and then all of a sudden the image just jumps out of the page at you.
