I took some cinnamon and ginger into some chicken broth and let it simmer away, I added some broccoli, pepper, shredded carrot, and string beans. I threw that into a wok with some egg noodles and chick peas added some cayenne pepper to spice it up some more. It was very satisfying despite not really tasting much with this ongoing cold.

I haven`t got a clue but as I live with a chronic back condition probably 0.00001%

Market meaning grocery I take? I suppose the meat section since when you think about it this is the end result of a huge amount of carnage that would make any slasher movie pale in comparison.
