I'm ok now.

The pain died down a bit and I managed to get a couple of hours sleep.

What I have been experiencing is like a symptom of a grumbling appendix but it only happens when I'm in bed.

It wakes me up.

I'm reading "A Clinical Account by Lorna Wing" and she's talking about a young male patient who tried to commit suicide.
Now, I know this is a serious work in psychology but I can't help but feel the following statement was intended with the slightest amount of tongue in cheek:

"He tried to drown himself, but failed because he is a good swimmer."

What do you think?

Suddenly I realized that I have a lot more things to study during the weekend. I'll be lost under all those books one day.
But at least it's Friday and I hope to have a nice evening. And have a rest at last. Now summer holidays seem less real than in March.

So, someone put salt in the sugar bowl at work and now we're not allowed to use the kitchen to make brews.

I can't even think who would even do such a thing.

Yet another mystery.

I'm cold and a bit hungry and my muscles are a bit tense and I think that massages should be free on the NHS which will make a lot more people a lot more happy and relaxed.

I was absolutely dreading today, because today was the day that I had to sit down around a table and eat a meal in the company of others.

I even was crying about it this morning before I went to work.

Anyway, it's all over now and it went ok actually.

I just nibbled on a bit of chicken in a polite manner.

Everyone else enjoyed it anyway, so that's the main thing.

It's probably just a stalling tactic. From a person who actually has GAD i don't think it's the truth, but what do i know? :?
