Tonight I'm nosing and sipping 50ml of Laphroaig Quarter Cask scotch with just a few drops of water. 48% ABV. Although I wish they didn't add caramel color, it's non-chill filtered. I'm a fan of Ardbeg 10 year old, but I'd be doing well if I had a bottle of every kind of Laphroaig offering in my cupboard. The Quarter Cask is mainstay material to have a constant presence in the house. It's very good.
