Feels like a sip 'o whiskey time. Tastes like it, too. Laundry, cooking, cleaning/dishes etc time, might ride to the beach before Sunset to chill with the homies.

On can of Magners #4 of the day. 4 more in the freezer. Seem to be keeping at a regular 8 cans a day (16 units) at present so 112 units a week. Want to get it down to <50 asap.

Do you think that is to slow to drink a pint of lager?

How can there be such a thing as too slow to drink a pint? :? Drink it at whatever pace you want to. No such thing as the pint timing police coming around to tell you you have to drink up and empty your wallet. Wtf?

Had a couple cans at the beach last night.

Can you still get a warm buzz if you make a pint of 4 percent beer last 1-2 hours?

The same buzz you'd get if you drank it in 1-2 minutes, only it would Slowly build so you might not notice the change as much.

In alcohol counselling class they teach that it takes 20 minutes to absorb the alcohol you drink to reach peak BAC, then it plateaus for 2 hours before starting to decline 0.015 mg/L per hour - on average; people are different sizes with different livers and kidneys etc.

But as long as you finish your drink within 2h 20mins you'll, theoretically, reach the same peak BAC before it starts declining. But if you take Longer than 2h 20mins, what you first drank will have started to process out already so you won't reach the same peak buzz and ofc it won't last for as long of a duration before it's declining.

If you want to get the maximum buzz ASAP, then drink hot/warm spirits - like a Spanish Coffee or a Blueberry Tea - anything hot with alcohol will absorb the fastest. The only faster way to get drunk would be to vaporize and inhale alcohol, but not sure how wonderful that might be for your lungs.. especially long term.

Really, if anyone's trying to get as drunk as they can as fast as they can then they have a drinking problem they should really address before it gets out of hand and ruins their life, health, finances etc.

Felt a bit groggy today, haven’t drank alcohol. I think it’s more from the weed I smoked and sugar I ate though as I only had a couple cans of beer yesterday.

Might not drink at all, might still. I guess time will tell.

I’ve only smoked like an 8th or so in the last year. I smoke, get munchies, eat sh***y food, then feel groggy the next day = kinda pointless to smoke. Very few times it makes sense to blaze these days.

Had a couple ounces whiskey and a few tokes before a.. friend came over. Heh

Gonna cook something to eat, maybe watch tv.

Weed is good for things like going for a run. I can ram harder and farther for longer stoned than sober. But it tends to cause munchies and that’s more than half the weed hangover - the sh***y food choices.

But even without eating junk it does cause a brain fog kinda hangover which is useless for productivity/reading/learning doing etc.
