I should have been the older brother, not the younger

I can't remember the last time I clicked on the News or PPR forums.

It was always like a YouTube comment section in there, and I doubt things have changed.

And you would be correct, I mostly try to stay out of those cess pools.

^ News is all right, but PPR keeps covering the same old topics. And they both have a large focus on American topics ... but I suppose the same could be said for the Internet as a whole, and perhaps even the English language itself, these days.

I've been wondering why politics is in the same forum as philosophy and religion on this site. I think a separate PR forum might actually be interesting. I'd rather not mix those with politics, especially IRL.

ROFL I'm just going through middle school papers and I found a little piece of paper from math class with a smiley and a speech bubble on it.
Direct translation from my native language to English: "Please draw me three times this big".

First thing I read is:
Please draw me three times,
this big

Then after about a few seconds:
Please draw me,
three times this big

The second one seems to make a lot more sense... but the words are ambiguous.
I think I would've drawn it three times. I've got a memory I actually have.

Amazing how the placement of punctuation affects the meaning of a sentence.

I'm always amazed at what new things are labeled as autism "cures". I'm not a disease and nor is the entire autistic spectrum neither.

I should be more frugal. I've got everything I want now, so eh.

I've got just enough for the usual $50 groceries till next pay day, though (with $10 to spare!). So, that works.
